Nicola Bleier, physiotherapist and osteopath from Innsbruck, and well-known Tyrolean top trainer Gerhard Ausserlechner helped with planning MOHR intensity.
MOHR benefits for you? You’ll train on the best equipment from Technogym, LifeFitness, Precor, and Dr. Wolf. One of many special features is the Precor TRX tower, which provides especially effective and functional training.
